The Ukrainian side overnight, without notification, stopped the work of the compressor stations working in the direction of the Balkans. The transit gas supply through Ukraine to the region is completely halted.The gas supply situation in Bulgaria is viewed as critical. The economy and energy minister convened a meeting of the security and crisis council at 08:00 Moscow time. Aside from Bulgaria, the gas transit across Ukraine is stopped to Greece, Turkey and Macedonia.
